The name identifies the agent in Studio, the description explains its purpose to the team, and the instructions govern how it responds.
Choose a useful name
Use a short, specific name such as Spain sales assistant. Avoid generic names such as Bot 1.
Write an operational description
Summarize the audience, objective, and main boundary:
Answers customer questions about the sales catalog and routes quote requests to the sales team.
After creating the agent, edit these fields under Agent > Studio > Configuration and select Save changes.
