Enable and configure agent voice

Open configuration

Open the agent in Studio, go to Configuration, and enable Voice interaction. Configure:

• Language: automatic, Spanish, English, Portuguese, or French.
• Voice: Marin, Cedar, Coral, Alloy, or Nova.
• Speed: 0.25 to 4.
• Read responses automatically: plays each response after generation.

Listen to a sample

Choose voice and speed, then select Test voice. Stop and replay before saving to compare options.

Save and test

Select Save changes, test microphone and playback in Studio, then test Web Widget.

Disabling voice hides microphone and playback controls but does not change instructions or conversations.
