Understand limits and usage

Review consumption

Plan and usage shows consumed and available capacity for relevant resources, storage, and AI credits.

Usage grows when resources are created, documents indexed, or agent operations consume credits. When a limit is reached, the affected creation or operation may be blocked without removing existing data.

Avoid surprises

Review trends regularly, delete obsolete resources only after checking dependencies, and increase capacity before planned peaks. Do not treat limits from one workspace as independent when the plan applies to the whole organization.
