Before deletion, open Agents and check which agents are authorized. Review conversations or processes that depend on the action. For a temporary interruption, deactivate the tool to retain configuration while preventing executions.
Delete the tool
- Inform owners of affected agents.
- Remove or replace the capability in instructions and tests.
- Open the tool and select Delete.
- Confirm the operation.
Deletion removes the tool and agent associations and cannot be undone in Studio.
Revoke external access
Revoke unnecessary provider tokens, passwords, or OAuth grants. For a webhook, consider disabling the receiving endpoint.
Deleting an Inceptiva tool does not remove resources or data previously created in the external system.
