Add or update the payment method

Open Billing

Select Billing > Payment method with an authorized account. Add or replace the card through the secure provider form; Inceptiva does not display or store the full card number.

After confirmation, verify brand, last four digits, and expiry. A new method is used for subsequent eligible payments but does not automatically retry every failed invoice.

Never send complete card data through support, email, screenshots, or agent conversations.
