Recover a forgotten password

Request recovery

Select Forgot password at sign-in, enter the account email, and use the newest link received. Recovery links expire and should not be shared.

Choose a new unique password and sign in again. If email is missing, check address, spam, and corporate filtering before requesting another link.

If you did not request recovery, do not open the link; review sessions and account security.
