Manage pending invitations

Review history

Under Team > Users and invitations, pending invitations show recipient, role, status, and expiration.

Regenerate a link

Use Regenerate when a link expired or was not received. The old link becomes invalid, so share only the newest one.

Delete an invitation

Delete invitations that are no longer required or have the wrong recipient. This does not deactivate an existing member.

If email does not arrive

Check address and spam policies, then regenerate and share the secure link. Never post invitation links publicly.
