Understand how access to the organization and Studio resources is controlled.

The team contains the people who belong to an organization. Each member has a role defining allowed operations. Workspaces determine which agents, knowledge, tools, and conversations they can access.
How access is granted
Access combines organization membership, active status, role permissions, and workspace availability. A permission never grants access to a resource outside the member's workspaces.
System and custom roles
Studio provides Owner, Administrator, Developer, Editor, and Reader roles. Organizations can also create custom roles for more precise responsibility boundaries.
Assign the lowest level that allows the person to perform their work, then review it periodically.
