Troubleshoot voice

The microphone is missing

Confirm Voice interaction is enabled and saved, then reload Studio or the Web Widget page.

The browser cannot record

Review site microphone permission and HTTPS, close other apps using the device, and reselect it in browser settings.

Transcription is incorrect

Fix the language instead of automatic detection, reduce noise, speak clearly, and test names separately. Supported formats include WebM, WAV, MPEG, MP4, and OGG; audio must be non-empty and under 10 MB.

Playback or samples fail

Manually select audio in case autoplay is blocked; check volume, output, and muted tabs. For samples, choose a valid voice and speed from 0.25 to 4, save, reload, and retry.
