Permissions independently control viewing and managing agents, knowledge, tools, channels, conversations, executions, connectors, and synchronization.

Administration

Organization, team, role, workspace, audit, and security permissions affect broader scopes and should be assigned sparingly.

Billing

Plan, subscription, payment method, invoice, and checkout actions may be restricted to the Owner or specifically authorized roles.

Read versus manage

Read permission lets a member inspect a resource; manage permission allows changes. When behavior is unexpected, compare the role's effective permission with the active workspace.
