What a workspace separates

A workspace contains its own agents, knowledge bases, tools, and conversations. Use workspaces to separate projects, departments, or customer contexts.

Roles and workspaces differ

A role defines what someone may do; workspace membership defines where. Both conditions must allow an operation.

Change workspace

Use the Studio selector to switch. The interface reloads resources for the active workspace; it does not move them.

Manage spaces carefully

Create only necessary workspaces, document ownership, review memberships, and confirm dependencies before removing a space.
