Test from the real destination

Do not rely only on Test agent. Send messages from the website, Teams, WhatsApp, or the API consumer.

Minimum cases

Start a conversation and review the greeting.
Ask a knowledge question.
Run a tool with complete data.
Send an incomplete request and confirm it asks for required data.
Test a request it must reject or escalate.
Confirm conversation and messages appear in Studio.

For visual channels, test mobile, desktop, keyboard, long text, and links. For API, test authentication errors, limits, and streaming when used.

Repeat after changes

Repeat after changes to instructions, documents, tools, credentials, or channel settings. Record result and date.
