Delete documents, connectors, and knowledge bases

Choose the correct scope

• Delete document removes one source from agents.
• Delete connector removes the connection and its synchronized documents.
• Delete base removes the complete base and all its documents.

These actions cannot be undone from Studio.

Before confirming, identify the agents using the base, preserve a copy of the source, and prepare an alternative if the knowledge is still required.

After deletion, test questions that depended on the information and confirm that the agent correctly recognizes that it is no longer available.
