Manage your knowledge bases
Organize documents by purpose and keep them separated by workspace.

A knowledge base groups documents that one or more agents may consult. It belongs to the active workspace and is unavailable to an agent until you authorize it.
Design a maintainable structure
Group content with the same owner, audience, and update cycle. Examples include Sales documentation, Internal support, and HR policies.
Avoid putting unrelated documents in one base. A clear structure makes permissions, sources, and updates easier to control.
To create your first base, see Add knowledge to your agent.
