Diagnose methodically

Define expected and actual results, reproduce with one controlled case, and isolate the layer: agent, knowledge, tool, channel, account, or external provider. Verify organization, workspace, role, plan, and recent changes.

Change one variable at a time and preserve safe evidence: time, identifiers, status, and redacted screenshots. Never include passwords, API keys, tokens, personal data, or confidential documents.
