What you can do with Inceptiva

Inceptiva is a platform for creating artificial intelligence agents tailored to an organization's needs. In Studio, you can define how an agent responds, connect it to documentation, authorize actions, and publish it across different channels.

You do not need to write code to complete the initial journey. Before you begin, it helps to distinguish four concepts:

  • Agent: the assistant that talks to people and follows the instructions you configure.
  • Knowledge: the knowledge bases and documents the agent can consult to answer with verified information.
  • Tools: authorized actions, such as querying an external system or recording a request.
  • Channels: the places where the agent is available, such as Studio, a web widget, or an API integration.

How the elements work together

An agent combines instructions, knowledge, tools, and channels. You can start with instructions alone and test the agent in Studio, then add the other capabilities without recreating it.

Recommendation: start with one specific task. Answering frequently asked questions about a product is a better first goal than trying to handle every query across the company.

Follow this order to produce a useful first result:

  1. Configure your organization and initial workspace.
  2. Become familiar with Studio navigation.
  3. Create an agent from a template.
  4. Add a knowledge base.
  5. Test real questions.
  6. Review the result and publish the channel you need.

What you need before continuing

You need an active account, access to an organization, and permission to create agents. Some options may depend on your assigned role or plan limits.

When you are ready, continue with Configure your organization and workspace.
