Enable the Web Widget for an agent

Create the web channel and prepare its settings before installation.

Enable the channel

Open Studio > Agents.
Select the agent to publish.
Open Channels > Web Widget.
Select Enable Web Widget.

Studio creates the channel with the agent name, an initial greeting, and default appearance. Its status becomes Active.

Review initial settings

Before copying code, review visible name, welcome message, and source level. Customize appearance for the destination site.

Disable temporarily

Use the channel switch to stop it without deleting the agent. Other channels continue operating.

Availability depends on the channels included in the organization plan.
