Under Configuration, define the chat header name and first message. They may differ from the internal agent name.
Add an avatar
Under Appearance, upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP image up to 2 MB, or provide a URL. Use a simple image that remains clear at small sizes.
Choose the primary color
Select a brand color and check sufficient contrast for text, controls, and focus states.
Save and review
Changes are not published until Save changes. Refresh the test page and confirm it matches Studio.
Do not promise immediate human availability when only the agent serves the channel.
