Install the widget on your website

Copy the code

Open Agent > Channels > Web Widget and select Copy code under Integration code. The snippet contains the script URL, public agent identifier, and publication token. Always use Studio's generated code.

Add it to the site

Paste the snippet before the closing body tag on pages where chat should appear. With a tag manager or framework, load it once and only in the browser.

Publish and verify

1. Open the site privately.
2. Confirm the launcher appears.
3. Open chat and send a message.
4. Check the conversation in Studio.
5. Repeat on mobile.

Do not alter agent or token attributes. Allow the indicated CDN origin if your security policy blocks external scripts.

Remove the widget

Remove the snippet to stop loading the interface, or disable the channel in Studio for immediate interruption.
