Enable the Web Widget channel

Enable the channel

Open Agent > Channels > Web Widget and select Enable Web Widget. Studio creates a public identifier and publication token for the agent.

Configure the experience

Define assistant name, welcome message, and source exposure. Under Appearance, adjust avatar, color, position, and launcher. Installation provides the script to place at the end of your site's body.

Test before release

Install it in a test environment and validate desktop, mobile, keyboard navigation, and long conversations. See Install the widget on your website.

Regenerating the token stops the installed script until its code is replaced.
