Choose the shape

Show the launcher as a circle or pill. A pill can pair the icon with text such as “Need help?”.

Configure content

Choose a chat bubble, agent avatar, or no icon. Add optional text and select a small, medium, or large size.

Use animation sparingly

Keep it static or use Pulse or Breathing. Ensure motion does not distract and respects reduced-motion preferences.

Review the preview

Test light and dark pages and mobile. The button must not cover navigation, cookie notices, or important actions.
