Open a private window and confirm the script loads once, the launcher appears, and chat opens and closes without errors.

Validate the conversation

Test the greeting, a knowledge response, an authorized tool, an incomplete request, and an unsupported query. Confirm the conversation appears in Studio.

Review the interface

• Navigate by keyboard and check visible focus.
• Test long text, links, and citations.
• Review portrait and landscape mobile layouts.
• Confirm the virtual keyboard does not hide input.
• Ensure the widget does not cover controls.

Test on the real site

CSP, consent managers, and site styles may affect behavior. Complete a final validation after installation.
